Take a break from everyday life or simply relax after an eventful day in our diverse region of Salzburg - in our in-house spa. We provide you with a wellness bag including a bathrobe & slippers free of charge.

The pleasant atmosphere and soothing warmth in our wellness oasis invites you to take a seat.
The Finnish sauna and steam cabins were built with great care from solid wood and lovingly designed as small alpine huts.
The cool “mountain stream” within the wellness area allows you to enjoy soothing Kneipp treatments. Its gentle rippling accentuates the relaxing atmosphere and inspires you to doze and daydream.

Finnish sauna

  • temperatures: 90 – 100° C
  • Room climate: dry (infusion towards the end of the warm-up phase with 5 different scents)
  • promotes detoxification and cleansing of the skin, stimulates circulation
  • promotes the development of the body's own defenses
  • recommended length of stay: 15 – 20 minutes (warm up), then rest for 20 – 30 minutes,,
  • 2 – 3 times a week

Infrared deep heat cabin

IInfrared heat promotes blood circulation in the skin layers, activates muscles, joints and internal organs, strengthens circulation, increases metabolism, eliminates toxins and heavy metals better, mobilizes the immune system and strengthens the immune system.

Fragrance aroma steam cabins

Aromas: lime, peppermint, chamomile, hay flowers, eucalyptus, rosemary, sage, conifer.

The high humidity ensures an extremely relaxing climate. The respiratory tract is cleaned, circulation is stimulated, muscle tension is relieved, and the skin becomes supple and soft. The room is heated by supplying steam.
